Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are met, including quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the electrical engineering industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools.
- Knowledge of EPLAN and other electrical engineering software is an asset.
