Electrical Engineering Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are met, including quality, scope, time, and budget.
  • Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the electrical engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of EPLAN is an asset.
