    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business cases for new product launches and portfolio optimization initiatives.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to ensure our portfolio remains competitive.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to track key business indicators.
    • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on product performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive business growth and success.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, regional managers, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or a related field.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Health Sciences, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Excellent skills in data analytics, statistics, and structuring complex topics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to moderate decision-making through all levels of hierarchy via scenario building.
  • Experience in developing financial plans and working with financial data for business plan development.
  • Expertise in market and competitor insights analysis.
  • Very good skills regarding MS Office, Power BI, and Thinkcell.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus.
