Content Partnership Director

The Director, Content Partnership - France/Italy is a key position within Audible's European growth markets, overseeing publisher relationships, negotiations, and catalogue performance for our audiobook vendors in France, Italy, and other upcoming new marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Lead regional teams in managing publisher relationships, negotiating deal terms, and driving agreements for audiobook vendors across different markets.
- Cultivate publisher relationships in close coordination with global and European content teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand Audible's content offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop deal strategy, formulate key terms, and strategize for complex agreements and negotiations.
- Communicate deal proposals and results through written reports and presentations.
You will be an experienced negotiator and relationship builder, with a strong understanding of the audiobook industry and a passion for driving business growth. You will be able to lead and motivate a team, think strategically, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
As a Director, Content Partnership - France/Italy, you will be responsible for managing a team of Publisher Relation managers and coordinators, negotiating terms for new distribution and content opportunities, and identifying and investigating new partnership opportunities in light of strategic goals.
You will also be responsible for creating written reports and presentation materials for executives, supporting content investment decisions through data, and leading and designing processes and systems for the entire EU content acquisition team.
Business travel is required for this role, and you will be expected to maintain and develop strong and productive strategic and day-to-day relations with all our publishing partners for France, Italy, and upcoming marketplaces.
