How You Will Create an Impact
  • You will further develop and implement an effective Compliance program and enhance the risk management framework
  • Implementing and improving measures, processes, and internal controls to meet legal and internal requirements will be part of your responsibility
  • You will provide preventive advice on compliance issues like anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud
  • You will conduct internal investigations, monitor implementation of measures, and define escalation processes when necessary
  • You will prepare and roll out global compliance initiatives, including training materials and communication strategies
  • You will design the Business Partner Integrity Management process and maintain compliance policies
  • You will monitor regulatory activities, promote best practices, and foster a strong compliance culture
  • You will review compliance-related contracts and maintain compliance records
About You
  • You have a completed law or business degree (post-graduate qualifications in risk/compliance/law are an advantage)
  • You have 5+ years of experience in compliance and risk management (consultancy or in-house)
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus
  • You communicate effectively and have a hands-on, creative approach to knowledge sharing
  • You work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
  • You understand and document workflows and have a practical approach to problem-solving
  • You possess broad technical knowledge in compliance areas like corporate governance, ESG, risk management, and crisis management
