Global Senior Manager Compliance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Senior Manager Compliance to join our team at Simon-Kucher & Partners. As a key member of our Legal department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth project and working closely with various stakeholders, including our ESG team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective Compliance program and enhance the risk management framework.
  • Implement and improve measures, processes, and internal controls to meet legal and internal requirements.
  • Provide preventive advice on compliance issues like anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud.
  • Conduct internal investigations, monitor implementation of measures, and define escalation processes when necessary.
  • Prepare and roll out global compliance initiatives, including training materials and communication strategies.
  • Design the Business Partner Integrity Management process and maintain compliance policies.
  • Monitor regulatory activities, promote best practices, and foster a strong compliance culture.
  • Review compliance-related contracts and maintain compliance records.

Requirements:

  • A completed law or business degree (post-graduate qualifications in risk/compliance/law are an advantage).
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance and risk management (consultancy or in-house).
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Effective communication and a hands-on, creative approach to knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding and documentation of workflows and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Broad technical knowledge in compliance areas like corporate governance, ESG, risk management, and crisis management.
