We are seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) for the Munich location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure high delivery standards and proactively enhance supplier performance in quality planning.
- Oversee technical issue resolution and quality assurance processes.
- Detect discrepancies throughout the supply chain within the CAQ system, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate immediate and long-term corrective actions with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Assess suppliers' 8D reports and categorize suppliers and components based on established quality metrics. Collaborate closely with the Supplier Quality Specialist from the relevant product division.
- Address customer and supplier grievances and independently resolve technical challenges.
- Facilitate feasibility studies within cross-functional teams and provide necessary training to staff and suppliers.
- Possess a degree in a technical discipline, a comparable qualification with substantial experience, or significant expertise as a technician.
- Completed further training as a Quality Management Manager and other pertinent certifications.
- Exhibit structured, independent, and proactive work methodologies, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge in manufacturing technologies and quality management tools (e.g., FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D Method, Kaizen) as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with CAQ system Babtec and SAP/R3 is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional French language skills considered a plus.
