About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Operations Excellence team at Flaconi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cross-departmental business and process excellence, building and leading cross-functional project teams, and improving the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead project teams to achieve project goals, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project buy-in.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
