Project Manager Operations Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Operations Excellence team at Flaconi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cross-departmental business and process excellence, building and leading cross-functional project teams, and improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct data analysis and use data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management skills and knowledge.
- Extensive project management experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in data analysis and Excel skills, with experience in using data to inform business decisions.
- Fluent German and excellent English skills.
- Ability to travel for specific projects, if required.
- A competitive salary range of €43,000 to €70,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
