Key Responsibilities

  • Develop specifications for construction projects, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency.
  • Compile tender documents in close coordination with the team, leveraging your expertise and experience.
  • Provide detailed functional descriptions of work packages, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
  • Coordinate and integrate services from technical participants, driving project success.
  • Determine prices for specifications and reconcile budgets with internal and external databases, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Maintain the internal database, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient project management.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding construction services, ideally with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) expertise.
  • Proficiency in using the latest AVA programs, preferably ITWO, for tendering, awarding, and billing.
  • Interest in digital tools and the integration of AVA and BIM (Building Information Modeling) for enhanced project management.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
