About the Role
You'll be responsible for independently preparing specifications for construction projects, compiling tender documents, and providing functional descriptions of work packages. Your expertise will ensure seamless project execution, and your enthusiasm for high-tech facilities will drive our team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed specifications for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to compile comprehensive tender documents, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide clear, concise functional descriptions of work packages, facilitating effective project execution.
- Coordinate and integrate services from technical participants, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Manage project budgets, reconciling internal and external databases to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain our internal database, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient project management.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding construction services, preferably with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) expertise.Proficiency in using the latest AVA programs, preferably ITWO.A keen interest in digital tools and the integration of AVA and BIM (Building Information Modeling).Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in German and English.A structured and reliable working style, with a willingness to work collaboratively and effectively.What We Offer
