About the Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring the most efficient and technically accurate project execution, within the stipulated budget and schedule. You'll lead the project team, manage tasks, and collaborate with disciplines, trades, and partners to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including HOAI service phases, for structural, civil, and industrial engineering projects.
  • Process and define interfaces for technical building equipment and GU projects.
  • Prepare and evaluate tender documents for construction planning services and realization.
  • Manage cost calculations and control subcontractor awards.
  • Provide technical construction support during project implementation.
  • Lead and manage project teams during project execution.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in plant construction, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or chemical plants.
  • In-depth knowledge of HOAI.
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
