About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a (Senior) Consultant (w/m/d) Prozess- und Digitalisierungsmanagement. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for our clients, leveraging your expertise in process management and financial services.
  • Analyze business requirements and lead the development of IT strategies, digital transformation plans, and business architectures.
  • Collaborate with our clients' management teams to design and implement process improvements, organizational changes, and IT system transformations.
  • Lead and support project teams in the delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process management, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Fluent German language skills, with a strong understanding of business processes and financial services.
