About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Project Manager to join our team at Passport Business Engineering GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading CRM and business process optimization projects, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM and business process optimization projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to design and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Design and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and technology solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM and business process optimization, with a focus on project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including SAP ABAP/4.
