Your Role

As a Customs Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customs clearance, providing extensive customer services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate customs clearance processes for import and export shipments
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on customs-related matters
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide customs policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international trade, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
