ÜBER DIE POSITION
In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die umfassende Betreuung der Central Region (DACH, Polen) in allen relevanten Compliance-Angelegenheiten. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern zu Compliance-Themen sowie die Implementierung und Umsetzung konzernweiter Regelungen und Prozesse.
- Regelmäßige Analyse von Compliance-Risiken und Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung.
- Bewertung und Beratung zu rechtlichen Themen im Bereich Compliance, insbesondere in Bezug auf Anti-Korruption, Wettbewerbsrecht, Sanktionsrecht und Exportkontrolle.
- Konzeption, Erstellung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Bereich Compliance.
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung zu wesentlichen Compliance-Themen in mündlicher und schriftlicher Form.
- Unterstützung und Koordination von Untersuchungen zu Compliance-Verstößen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, einschließlich Empfehlungen für Disziplinarmaßnahmen.
Zusätzlich werden Sie an der konzernweiten Compliance-Kommunikation mitwirken, insbesondere bei der Entwicklung von Kommunikationsstrategien und -maßnahmen für gruppenweite Initiativen.
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Abgeschlossenes zweites juristisches Staatsexamen mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Strafrecht, Wettbewerbsrecht und Exportkontrollrecht.
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Compliance-Bereich eines international tätigen Unternehmens.
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Interesse an neuen Themen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein starkes interkulturelles Verständnis.
- Gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine praktische, lösungsorientierte Mentalität.
- Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend zu arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
