Creative Services Project Coordinator

PLAION, a prominent international media organization with a workforce exceeding 2000 globally, excels as an independent producer and marketer of digital entertainment products across Europe, the USA, Australia, and Japan. Our core business encompasses film and game production, alongside the distribution of digital media products and game publishing.

We are in search of a skilled Project Manager to join our Creative Services team within the game publishing sector of PLAION. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all design initiatives undertaken by the Design Team. Working collaboratively with your colleagues, you will manage a diverse array of projects across various intellectual properties—from strategic resource allocation to enhancing existing workflows and directing project timelines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate all incoming asset requests to confirm completeness, feasibility, timing, and intensity.
  • Create production schedules and develop capacity forecasts to pinpoint production peaks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Oversee all projects and manage the capacities of our Design Team comprehensively.
  • Track and monitor the delivery progress of designers, ensuring successful project completion and providing regular status updates.
  • Support lead and art directors in project planning, including updates on status, risks, and challenges.
  • Supervise project progress, manage deadlines, and engage relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular stand-up meetings with the team to ensure production remains on schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing teams and other departments.
  • Utilize and refine work processes using the tool "Monday".
  • Devise and implement innovative strategies to enhance workflows.

Your Qualifications

  • Possess a graduate-level education or a professional equivalent, such as an MBA.
  • Have a minimum of three years of experience in project coordination, planning, preparation, and execution of design projects within an agency, development studio, or media organization.
  • Exhibit advanced English language proficiency; German language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach, capable of managing multiple disciplines.
  • Have experience in digital project coordination and management, overseeing the entire process from inception to completion.
  • Show strong analytical capabilities with a structured approach to work, prioritization, and capacity management.
  • Possess a problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to quality and detail.
  • Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Jira is advantageous.
