Creative Services Project Coordinator

PLAION, a prominent global media enterprise with a workforce exceeding 2000, stands at the forefront of producing and marketing digital entertainment across Europe, the USA, Australia, and Japan. Our diverse operations encompass film production, game distribution, and digital media publishing.

We are in search of a skilled Project Manager to join our Creative Services division within the game publishing sector of PLAION. In this essential position, you will oversee and coordinate all design initiatives undertaken by the Design Team. Working collaboratively with your peers, you will manage a range of projects across various intellectual properties, from strategic resource allocation to refining existing workflows and steering project timelines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate all incoming asset requests to confirm completeness, feasibility, timing, and scope.
  • Create production schedules and develop capacity forecasts to pinpoint production surges and allocate resources effectively.
  • Comprehensively manage all projects and the resource allocation of our Design Team.
  • Track and assess the delivery progress of designers, ensuring successful project completion and providing regular status updates.
  • Support lead and art directors in project planning, including updates on progress, risks, and challenges.
  • Monitor project timelines, manage deadlines, and engage relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular stand-up meetings with the team to ensure production stays on course.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing teams and other departments.
  • Utilize and enhance work processes through the tool "Monday".
  • Devise and implement innovative strategies to streamline workflows.

Your Qualifications

  • Graduate-level education or a professional equivalent, such as an MBA.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in project coordination, planning, and execution of design projects within an agency, development studio, or media organization.
  • Proficient in English, with German language skills considered an asset.
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach, capable of managing multiple disciplines.
  • Experienced in digital project management, overseeing the entire lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills with a structured approach to work, prioritization, and resource management.
  • Adopts a problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to quality and detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Jira is a plus.
