IT Application Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Application Manager to join our team at Die Autobahn. As a key member of our Application Management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical lifecycle of applications, ensuring seamless deployment and management of our IT systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the technical lifecycle of applications, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee automated application deployment and Active Directory management to ensure efficient and secure IT operations.
- Assess client applications for performance and deployment options, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Lead IT projects and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain system documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Provide 2nd Level Support for application issues, working closely with the IT team to resolve technical problems.
- Support the implementation and assessment of IT processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in automated application deployment and Active Directory management.
- Technical support experience with client applications and ticketing systems.
- Project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Fluency in German.
**Preferred Skills**
- Scripting knowledge, with experience in languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience with MS 365, including Office 365 and Azure.
