Bewerbungsfrist:
Die Abteilung IT & Digitalisierung sucht eine*n Application Manager*in, die sich vor allem auf Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Webanwendungen mit den Schwerpunkten CMS (aktuell Typo3) und anderer Tools zur digitalen Kommunikation spezialisiert. Im Rahmen unserer Plattforminitiative übernimmt die Stelle die Teilprojektleitung für den Relaunch der Webseite und der Integration des CMS und anderer Tools zur digitalen Kommunikation in die künftige Plattform (Microsoft Dynamics oder Salesforce).
Ihre Aufgaben sind:Im Projektverlauf
- Mitwirkung im Umsetzungsprojekt aus der Rolle der Teilprojektleitung sowie gleichzeitigen, technischen Applikationsverantwortung
- Ansprechperson für den Implementierungspartner in technischen Fragen,
- Initialer Aufbau des für die erfolgreiche Implementierung notwendigen Rahmens (z.B. Dokumentationen und Konzepte, Schulungsrahmen, Qualitätskontrolle etc.),
- Koordination der Qualitätskontrolle, in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung der Plattforminitiative
- Koordination und Sicherstellung der Integration des CMS und anhängenden Prozesse im Plattformprojekt
- Aufbau der notwendigen (technischen) Kompetenzen für neue Lösungen.
Im Betrieb:
- Lösen von Problemen (ggf. über Tickets bei Dienstleister),
- Erledigen von Service-Anfragen (Anlage neuer Benutzer, Änderungen StandardDokumente, Auswertungen und Datenanalysen usw. - ggf. über Tickets bei Dienstleister),
- Qualitätssicherung in der Datenerfassung und -Verarbeitung,
- Berichterstattung an zu definierende Gremien (zur Steuerung von Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Lösung) bzgl. Betrieb (Probleme, Service-Anfragen), o Durchführung von Schulungen,
- Sicherstellung von zu definierenden Dokumentationen (z.B. Benutzerhandbuch, Benutzer- und Berechtigungskonzept etc.),
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Vorgaben der Applikations-Architektur.
In der Weiterentwicklung:
- Sicherstellung, Koordination von Software-Updates von Dienstleistern,
- Unterstützen der Business Engineering Manager*in (BEM) in der Konzeption, Umsetzung von Änderungsanträgen und Projekten in applikatorischen Fragen,
- Mitwirkung in der Abwicklung von Änderungsanträgen (Planung, Koordination Testing, Koordination Installation),
- Sicherstellung Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation bei Änderungen von Dienstleistern (Bugfixes, Entwicklungen der Applikation(en)).
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zur ausgeschriebenen Stelle (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Medieninformatik) oder entsprechende einschlägige Berufserfahrung,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden des Projektmanagements, insbesondere DevOps,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Administration und Customizing von CMSSystemen (z.B. Typo3, Umbraco) und Nutzung von Web-Frameworks (z.B. Bootstrap),
- Kenntnisse in Administration und Customizing von anderen digitalen Tools sowie Dynamics oder Salesforce sind von Vorteil.
