Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Application Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As an IT Application Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing deployments, managing software releases, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute deployments of software applications
- Manage the release process for supporting software
- Conduct release testing and implementation
- Configure and install software for customers and internal use
- Install software at customer sites
- Configure system environments
- Test releases for installation
- Communicate with customers and perform maintenance at their sites
- Document installations and updates
- Maintain automated installer packages
Requirements
- Degree or training in information/telecommunications technology or equivalent experience
- Several years of related professional experience
- Strong technical and product-related IT skills
- Good command of English (B2) for technical documentation and customer communication
- Very good German language skills (B2/C1) for customer communication
- Familiarity with at least three of the following: MSI Installer packages, Windows PowerShell scripting, database systems (MSSQL/PostgreSQL), Good Documentation Practice, Installation Qualification/Configuration Qualification
