Als Fachkraft im Bereich HR-Dienstleistungen unterstützt ARTS international High-Tech-Unternehmen dabei, ihre Prozesse effizienter und leistungsfähiger zu gestalten. In dieser Rolle sind Sie als IT Application Lead Manager verantwortlich für die Leitung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten. Ihr technisches Wissen und Ihre organisatorischen Fähigkeiten sind entscheidend, um alle Herausforderungen im IT-Anwendungsmanagement zu bewältigen und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für das IT-Anwendungsmanagement mit Fokus auf das technische Lebenszyklusmanagement
  • Koordination und Überwachung der automatisierten Anwendungsbereitstellung sowie der zugehörigen Active Directory Verwaltung
  • Erstbewertung von Clientanwendungen hinsichtlich Bereitstellungsoptionen, Performance und Latenzen
  • Leitung von IT-Projekten und fachliche Steuerung des Projektteams
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Systemdokumentationen
  • Durchführung des 2nd Level Supports zur Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen
  • Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei der Implementierung und Erfolgsmessung der IT-Prozesse im Anwendungsmanagement
Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der automatisierten Anwendungsbereitstellung und Active Directory Verwaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der technischen Betreuung und Wartung von Client- und Client-Server-Anwendungen sowie Ticketsystemen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:

  • Grundkenntnisse in Scripting, z. B. PowerShell
  • Zertifizierung in einer Projektmanagement-Methodik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS 365
