Position Overview
Assistant Store Manager | Ingolstadt Village m/f/d
We are in search of an Assistant Store Manager who will collaborate closely with the Store Manager for our outlet location in Ingolstadt Village.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager will guide the store and sales team to achieve and surpass all sales and KPI objectives, adhering to all operational processes and guidelines. This role is pivotal in fostering brand engagement with clients to ensure the achievement of both quantitative and qualitative targets, maximizing the store's potential. Acting as a representative of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will undertake all tasks assigned by HQ/HO and the Store Manager.
Contributions to Success
Business Development:
Cultivate and sustain robust business relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and operational efficiencies. Assist the Store Manager in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, client service, and operational tasks within the store. Support the Store Manager in meeting targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives.Talent Leadership and Development:
Foster a positive work environment that aligns with Balenciaga's values. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Assist the Store Manager in building a motivated and competent team that stays informed about the fashion and luxury sectors.Brand Promotion:
Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand's culture both internally and externally. Ensure the Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are consistently delivered over time. Develop a clienteling mindset to enhance client loyalty and retention. Build a network of influential individuals in the luxury business to promote client loyalty, particularly with high-value clients.Process Management:
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, and HR guidelines. Oversee the execution of Retail Excellence standards in the store. Assist the Store Manager in managing inventory and warehouse stock. Challenge and enhance existing processes to support growth and ensure efficiency.Performance Indicators
Business: sales density, conversion rate, UPT, cross-selling rate, transactions. Team: sales productivity, training completion rate, turnover rate. Client: local retention rate, CEE. Process: CRM, Omnichannel, back of house.Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a managerial role. Significant sales background in the luxury retail sector. Demonstrated success in team management. Strong focus on client experience and loyalty. Exceptional client service and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented, innovative, organized, adaptable, and dynamic. Highly available and responsive with a natural curiosity.
