Position Overview
Assistant Store Manager | Balenciaga | Ingolstadt Village
We are in search of a dedicated Assistant Store Manager who will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee our outlet location in Ingolstadt Village.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for guiding the store and sales personnel to achieve and surpass all sales and performance metrics, adhering to established processes and protocols. This role is pivotal in fostering brand loyalty among clients to ensure the store meets its maximum potential. Acting as a representative of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will undertake various tasks as directed by headquarters and the Store Manager.
Contributions to Success
Business Development:
Cultivate and sustain robust business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance business prospects and operational efficiencies. Assist the Store Manager in managing floor operations, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and overall store functions. Support the Store Manager in reaching targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives.Talent Leadership and Development:
Foster a positive work atmosphere that aligns with Balenciaga's values. Identify, attract, recruit, nurture, and retain talent. Aid the Store Manager in building a motivated and skilled team that stays current with trends in fashion and luxury.Brand Advocacy:
Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand's culture both internally and externally. Ensure the Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are consistently delivered. Develop a client-centric mindset to enhance client loyalty and retention. Establish a network of influential individuals in the luxury sector to bolster client loyalty, particularly with high-value clients.Process Management:
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal standards. Oversee the execution of Retail Excellence standards within the store. Assist the Store Manager in managing inventory and stock activities. Challenge and refine existing processes to support growth and ensure operational efficiency.Performance Metrics
Business: sales density, conversion rates, units per transaction, cross-selling rates, transaction counts. Team: sales productivity, training completion rates, employee turnover rates. Client: local retention rates, customer engagement effectiveness. Process: customer relationship management, omnichannel operations, back-office efficiency.Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a managerial role. Significant sales background in the luxury retail sector. Demonstrated success in team management. Strong focus on client experience and loyalty. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented, innovative, organized, adaptable, and dynamic. Highly responsive with a natural curiosity.
