Assistant Store Manager | Balenciaga Outlet
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in our outlet location.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager will oversee the store and sales team to achieve and surpass sales and KPI objectives while adhering to established processes and standards. This role is crucial in fostering brand loyalty among clients to ensure the store reaches its maximum potential. The Assistant Store Manager will act as a proxy for the Store Manager, executing tasks as directed by headquarters and the Store Manager.
Contributions to Success
Business Development:
- Cultivate and sustain robust business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business prospects and operational efficiencies.
- Assist the Store Manager in managing floor operations, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and overall store functions.
- Aid the Store Manager in meeting targeted sales and qualitative objectives.
Talent Leadership and Development:
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Balenciaga values.
- Identify, attract, recruit, and nurture talent.
- Support the Store Manager in building a motivated and knowledgeable team in the fashion and luxury sectors.
Brand Advocacy:
- Serve as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand's culture both internally and externally.
- Ensure consistent execution of the Balenciaga experience for clients.
- Develop a client-centric approach to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Build a network to strengthen client loyalty, particularly among high-value clients.
Process Management:
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal guidelines.
- Support the Store Manager in inventory management and operational activities.
- Continuously assess and improve existing processes to promote growth and efficiency.
Performance Metrics
- Business: sales density, conversion rates, units per transaction, cross-selling rates.
- Team: sales productivity, training completion, turnover rates.
- Client: local retention rates.
- Process: CRM, omnichannel operations.
