We are offering a temporary internship opportunity for a duration of 3 to 6 months as an Intern in HR Knowledge Management. This role will provide you with the chance to assist in the development of a comprehensive knowledge database while exploring various facets of human resources.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing proposals for a new SharePoint site aimed at serving as a knowledge repository for the Human Resources department.
- Assisting in the creation and development of this SharePoint site, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
- Gathering and consolidating information from multiple existing knowledge sources into the new SharePoint platform.
- Drafting guidelines for HR colleagues on how to independently update SharePoint content.
- Collaborating with Human Resources teams to maintain individual SharePoint subpages.
- Providing additional support for our career site, including text preparation and the creation of KPIs and data analyses.
- Gaining valuable insights into the operations of our Global Human Resources team.
What we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
- Prior experience with SharePoint and/or knowledge databases is advantageous.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and empowering colleagues.
- Creativity in presenting information and content.
- A strong motivation to learn about new topics and engage actively from the outset.
- Proficient in German and possess conversational skills in English.
