Hausmeister / Haustechniker / Facility Manager (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen motivierten und handwerklich geschickten Hausmeister / Haustechniker / Facility Manager (m/w/d), der sich für die Pflege und Instandhaltung unserer Märkte begeistert. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie sich um die Kontrolle, Reparaturen, Ordnung und Inspektionen der Gebäude und Ausstattung kümmern.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Kontrolle: Sie kontrollieren die Zustände des Gebäudes und der Ausstattung
  • Reparaturen: Sie führen kleine Reparaturen professionell durch
  • Ordnung: Sie sorgen für Ordnung in unseren Märkten und Pflegen die Außenanlagen
  • Inspektionen: Sie führen Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten durch und dokumentieren diese
  • Transportaufträge: Sie transportieren Inventar, Waren und die Hauspost im Gebiet unserer Märkte
Ihre Voraussetzungen:
  • Ausbildung: Idealweise verfügen Sie über eine handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse: Sie wissen was Sie tun und sind handwerklich geschickt
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Sie kommunizieren gerne mit externen Handwerkern und tauschen sich fachlich aus
  • Selbstständigkeit: Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und sehen die zu erledigenden Aufgaben
