Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im technischen Facility Management, um unsere Abteilung zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben:
  • Projekte end-2-end steuern
  • Projekte von der Initiierungsphase bis zur Übergabe begleiten und mitgestalten
  • Projektphasen (Planung, Vergabe, Ausführung und Übergabe) als Projektmanager und Bauherrenvertreter leiten
  • Kosten- und Terminziele nachverfolgen und sicherstellen, dass erforderliche Qualitäten erreicht werden
  • Technische Due Diligence im Rahmen einer Immobilientransaktion durchführen
  • Nutzungskonzepte und Machbarkeitsstudien erstellen
  • Alle Bereiche innerhalb der Abteilung in TGA-Themen unterstützen
  • Kontakte zu Investoren, Eigentümern und Nutzern pflegen
Voraussetzungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur für Elektro- und / oder Versorgungstechnik (m/w/d) oder eine Ausbildung zum Techniker oder Handwerksmeister (m/w/d) im Bereich TGA mit fundierter Berufserfahrung
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Facility Management
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Organisation, Vorbereitung und Abwicklung der TGA bei Bauprojekten diverser Nutzungsklassen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den bestehenden Verordnungen (AHO, HOAI, VOB, BGB) und Normen (DIN)
  • Sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
