We are currently seeking a Facilities Project Coordinator with expertise in technical facility management to join our Integrated Facilities Management team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Support and shape projects from the initiation phase.
  • Lead project phases including planning, procurement, execution, and handover as the project manager and client representative.
  • Monitor cost and timeline objectives, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Conduct technical due diligence during property transactions.
  • Develop usage concepts and feasibility studies.
  • Assist various departments within the organization on technical facility management topics.
  • Maintain relationships with investors, property owners, and users.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Supply Engineering, or equivalent qualifications as a technician or master craftsman in technical facility management with substantial professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in architecture, civil engineering, or facility management.
  • Strong background in organizing, preparing, and executing technical facility management aspects of construction projects across various usage classes.
  • Solid understanding of relevant regulations (AHO, HOAI, VOB, BGB) and standards (DIN).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated initiative and commitment to quality.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on service orientation.
