We are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) with expertise in Technical Facility Management to join our Integrated Facilities Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Guide and shape projects from the initiation phase onward.
  • Oversee project phases (planning, awarding, execution, and handover) as the Project Manager and client representative.
  • Monitor cost and timeline objectives, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Conduct technical due diligence as part of real estate transactions.
  • Develop usage concepts and feasibility studies.
  • Support all departmental areas in technical topics.
  • Maintain relationships with investors, property owners, and users.

Your Profile:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Supply Engineering (m/f/d), or a technician or master craftsman qualification (m/f/d) in the TGA field with substantial professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture, civil engineering, or facility management.
  • Solid experience in organizing, preparing, and executing TGA aspects in construction projects across various usage classes.
  • Strong knowledge of existing regulations (AHO, HOAI, VOB, BGB) and standards (DIN).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written.
  • A high degree of initiative and quality awareness.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, along with a service-oriented mindset.
