Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor your team members to surpass expectations.
  • Engage deeply in PPC and Social Ads initiatives, integrating the latest advancements in AI and propelling them forward.
  • Concentrate on crafting transformative strategies for clients, moving beyond mere campaign creation.
  • Deliver insightful data analysis to extract meaningful insights and drive actions to meet client objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns with enthusiasm and share knowledge with others to achieve superior results collectively.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring effective, personalized, and trustworthy project management.
  • Invest in your team's growth through training and coaching opportunities.
  • Monitor progress towards client objectives and proactively intervene to maintain alignment.
  • Strategically manage PPC advertising budgets to ensure impactful investments.
  • Proactively advance the development of the PPC domain, ensuring a leading industry position.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in PPC advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and at least one additional advertising platform.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Familiarity with automation and bulk processing in PPC.
  • Experience in team leadership.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Empathy, attention to detail, and fluency in both German and English.
