About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Stations Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at Klinikum Nordfriesland. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the nursing and medical staff with various tasks and duties.
- Act as a point of contact for patients and their families, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Coordinate patient discharges, appointments, and admissions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage electronic patient records and coordinate visit schedules.
- Assist with organizational tasks, including coordination with other departments and teams.
- Take on additional responsibilities related to ordering and inventory management.
- Perform errands and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A completed education in medical care or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and customer service.
