About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Service Team Leader to join our team at Relais & Châteaux. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Manage the mise en place for the service station, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer preferences and provide personalized service recommendations.
  • Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Manage the station's revenue, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Receive and manage reservations, ensuring seamless execution of service.
  • Train and develop junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Provide exceptional service during breakfast hours, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
