We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our Amazon TA team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our delivery partners, ensuring seamless last-mile delivery experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Safety and Compliance: Collaborate with Safety and Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance and implement processes to prevent accidents.
- Performance Optimization: Guide delivery partners to scale their businesses, manage operational issues, and prepare for peak periods, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Onboarding and Support: Support delivery partners during the onboarding process, providing guidance and resources to ensure a smooth transition.
- Operational Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements at the network level and individual delivery partner level.
- Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships between Amazon and our delivery partners, improving sentiment and driving business growth.
- Communication and Alignment: Ensure effective communication and alignment with delivery partners, OTR partners, and Amazon teams to drive business success.
- Representation and Advocacy: Represent the interests of delivery partners within Amazon, advocating for their needs and concerns.
- Upskilling and Utilization: Coach delivery partners to effectively utilize tools and resources, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
- Customer Metric Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer metrics and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Process Consistency: Champion the consistent application of last-mile processes within delivery stations, challenging UTR processes that impact OTR.
- Brand Image Protection: Improve driver standards to protect the Amazon brand image.
Amazon TA handles last-mile delivery duties in partnership with third-party delivery businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts.
Requirements- A degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in operations, last-mile delivery, account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management.
- Relevant experience working with third-party resources on a regional/national scale.
- Relevant experience working with a contingent workforce in a business with peak seasons.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication.
