Key Responsibilities

The controlling division, known for its commitment to sustainable profitability and value creation, is seeking support in various areas:

  • Assist in the digital transformation initiatives by participating in relevant projects and developing associated products.
  • Utilize and enhance digital tools, focusing on the advancement of current IT solutions, particularly those based on Microsoft Power BI, ETL, and Generative AI tools.
  • Contribute to the establishment and refinement of existing data models.
  • Prepare, transform, and consolidate global operational data from various locations.
  • Enhance automation levels in financial calculations.
  • Further develop interactive dashboard solutions.
  • Publish dashboards, ensuring accessibility via mobile applications.
  • Analyze results and provide insights for operational and financial management.
  • Create presentations for management teams.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficient written and spoken skills in both German and English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic knowledge of MS Power BI (not mandatory).
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and an independent work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for working on projects and in collaborative environments.
