The FPR/O department at Mercedes-Benz Operations is dedicated to ensuring sustainable profitability and value generation within the aggregate and body world, as well as the Supply Chain Management sector. Our responsibilities are diverse, encompassing divisional controlling, resource allocation oversight, and intricate profitability assessments.

Our Motto: "We are CFO" - Together, we spearhead the transformation initiatives of our department, engaging our colleagues in digitalization efforts, refining existing methodologies, and managing risks within the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will tackle the following challenges:

  • Assist in the digital transformation of the division by participating in relevant projects and developing associated products.
  • Utilize and enhance digital tools, particularly by advancing current IT solutions using Microsoft Power BI, ETL, and Generative AI tools (e.g., dataIku, SAP Analytics, MS Copilot).
  • Establish and further refine existing data models.
  • Prepare, transform, and consolidate global operations data from all Mercedes-Benz locations.
  • Increase automation levels in calculations.
  • Enhance existing interactive dashboard solutions.
  • Publish dashboards, including through the Microsoft Power BI app for mobile devices.
  • Analyze results and derive actionable insights for operations and finance management.
  • Create presentations for operations and finance management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office; initial knowledge of MS Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong commitment and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Innovative mindset in problem-solving and an independent work approach.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Enjoyment in working on projects and within teams.
