Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our ProLeiT sales organization. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of our Brewery customer segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a compelling growth plan for the Brewery segment
- Select and manage a pipeline of target customers to achieve sales goals
- Engage with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers from our international entities to develop hunting and farming strategies
- Cover the complete ecosystem around the customer, including design companies, System Integrators, and Process OEMs
- Formulate sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
- Run negotiation meetings for large deals with Process OEMs and End Users
- Comprehensive induction and regular training and development opportunities

- Fluency in English, with intermediate German
- Willingness to travel regularly, with a minimum of 25% in Germany and internationally
