Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of our Brewery customer segment, leveraging your expertise in industrial automation software solutions.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop a compelling Growth Plan for the brewing industry, based on thorough market analysis and customer insights.
- Select and manage a portfolio of key customers, generating sales funnels and achieving order targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Pre-sales Engineers from our international entities to develop hunting and farming strategies.
- Cover the entire ecosystem around our customers, including design companies, System Integrators, and Process OEMs.
- Formulate sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Lead negotiation meetings for large deals with Process OEMs and End Users.

- Proven sales track-record: achieving and exceeding order targets consistently.
- Experience with long sales lifecycle deals and consultative selling, including Digitalization solutions & software at plant and enterprise level.
- Fluency in English with intermediate German.
- Willingness to travel regularly (25% in Germany and international).
- If you reside outside of Germany or Austria: willingness to relocate to Germany.
