PLAN D ist eine innovative Management- und Technologieberatung, die zusammen mit ihren Kund:innen digitale und datenbasierte Strategien entwickelt und die Transformation zu datengetriebenen Unternehmen vorantreibt.

Das Team von PLAN D setzt sich aus einer Vielzahl von Fachleuten zusammen, darunter Strateg:innen, Branchenexpert:innen und Technolog:innen, die kreative und effektive Lösungen erarbeiten und implementieren.

Aktuell sucht PLAN D eine:n Marketing Growth Strategist (m/w/d), um namhafte Kund:innen aus unterschiedlichen Sektoren zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben

  • Wachstumsfokus: Teil des Growth-Teams bei PLAN D, um Unternehmensstrategien, Marketing, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Vertrieb zu harmonisieren.
  • Soziale Medien: Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Inhalten und die Moderation der Plattformen LinkedIn und Instagram.
  • Content-Marketing: Entwicklung von qualitativ hochwertigem Content für Newsletter, Fallstudien und Blogbeiträge.
  • Webseite: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenswebsite, Gestaltung von Landingpages und Implementierung von Marketing-Automatisierung.
  • Marketingmaterialien: Erstellung von digitalen Inhalten, Produktdokumentationen und Mailings.
  • Performance-Marketing: Planung und Durchführung von SEA-Kampagnen für Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
  • Eventmanagement: Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Messen.
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit: Umsetzung von PR-Maßnahmen, Pflege von Medienkontakten und Erstellung von Pressetexten.
  • Datenanalyse: Bewertung der Effektivität von Maßnahmen und Anpassung basierend auf den gewonnenen Daten.

Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Berufserfahrung: Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Marketing, PR oder Content-Produktion.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Offen, kommunikativ und professionell in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Selbstständigkeit: Motiviert, proaktiv und bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Projektmanagement: Fähigkeit, effektiv in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten und Stakeholder sowie Dienstleister zu koordinieren.
  • Wissen: Kenntnisse in SEO, SEA, CMS, CRM sowie in Tools für Bildbearbeitung und Marketing-Automatisierung.
  • Copywriting: Kreativ und in der Lage, klare und zielgruppengerechte Texte zu formulieren.
