As a Sales Intern at TeamViewer, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports our Sales department in Göppingen. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through phone calls and assisting them with their current requests.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer retention.
- Learning and applying retention, customer service, and sales techniques to drive business growth.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Creating and managing offers to meet customer needs.
- Providing excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone calls.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Enrollment in a business administration, linguistics, or related field.
- Fluency in French is mandatory, with advanced English skills and additional languages being a plus.
- Service-oriented, committed, and team-spirited attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
As a Sales Intern at TeamViewer, you can expect:
- A competitive monthly salary of €1,390.00 for a 20h/week, €1,112.00 for a 16h/week, and €1,200.00 for an Intern position.
