HENSOLDT ist ein führendes Unternehmen der europäischen Verteidigungsindustrie mit globaler Reichweite. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Supportability Engineering, der unsere Produkte und Systeme in Bezug auf Zuverlässigkeit, Prüfbarkeit, Instandsetzbarkeit und Verfügbarkeit unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Abteilung am Standort Ulm
  • Fachliche Unterstützung im Arbeitsgebiet Supportability Engineering an anderen Standorten oder in anderen Organisationen
  • Vertretung der Disziplin Supportability Engineering im Unternehmen, gegenüber Kunden und Partnern sowie in Verbandsgremien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Management sowie den Nachbardisziplinen Technische Dokumentation, Kundenschulung und Obsoleszenz Management
  • Abstimmung mit den Produkt- und Systemprogrammen, dem Engineering, QM, Safety und Airworthiness
  • Durchführung der Auftrags- und Kapazitätsplanung der Abteilung sowie Sicherstellung der Auslastung
  • Sicherstellung der anforderungsgerechten Verfügbarkeit von Personal, Tools und weiteren Ressourcen sowie der Auftragsbearbeitung im vorgegebenen Zeit-, Qualitäts- und Kostenrahmen
  • Zuordnung der Mitarbeitenden und Ressourcen zu Tätigkeiten und Projekten
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, möglichst im Bereich Customer Service oder einem angrenzenden Tätigkeitsfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) sowie von Prozessen und Abläufen im Customer Service
  • Kenntnisse bzgl. Inhalt und Anwendung einschlägiger Normen und Standards (zum Beispiel ASD-Spezifikationen)
  • Führungsfähigkeit (in personeller und administrativer Hinsicht)
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
  • Ausgeprägte Neigung zur Gestaltung von Verbesserungen im Aufgabenumfeld (Prozesse, Digitalisierung)
  • Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse verhandlungssicher
