Head of Finance

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Finance to join our dynamic team at NVision Imaging Technologies. As a thought partner to our leadership team, you will drive financial excellence, providing insightful recommendations through in-depth analysis and forward-thinking projections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow, including forecasting and planning.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international financial regulations.
- Coordinate audits, ensuring that processes are documented and risks are managed.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely tax payments.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Lead and supervise the finance team.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced financial leader who can drive financial excellence and support our ambitious growth goals. You will have a proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
Key Requirements:
- Education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally as a Head of Finance, Finance Lead, or similar.
- Experience working in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of financial analysis, financial modeling, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of German regulations and international financial standards.
- Leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of engaging and training teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
