About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding large and complex AWS customers through their multi-year journey to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and solutions architecture, to deliver outcomes for customers
  • Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions and work backwards from customer key milestones
  • Execute education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, and go-live events and transitions
  • Proactively help solve customer challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms
Requirements
  • Experience leading complex, large-scale IT/digital business transformation programs
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
  • Fluent English and German language
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services
  • Robust understanding of key technology and market trends
  • PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified
