The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Experience Business in Germany. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of pre-sales solution consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Establish strategic objectives and priorities for your team, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Motivate your team to innovate and take calculated risks to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level partners and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in leading high-performing teams
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to C-suite executives
  • Deep understanding of SaaS industry and digital experience management
  • Passion for solution consulting and innovative customer engagements
  • Self-starter with ability to initiate and lead teams in fast-paced environments
