Position Overview:

Department: Charging & High-Voltage Systems
Role Summary: As an intern in our dynamic team, you will engage in various tasks that enhance the charging experience of our vehicles and the associated high-voltage systems. This includes working on hardware components, software functionalities, and ensuring high-voltage safety standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to daily operations and assist with strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate across multiple departments, including development and sales.
- Support the organization and follow-up of cross-functional meetings.
- Prepare and design presentations for management.
- Manage internal communications and enhance our social intranet presence.
- Utilize agile methodologies in a collaborative and international environment.
- Plan and execute workshops and events related to organizational development.
- Take on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in communication design, media sciences, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- Initial experience in project management is preferred.
- Familiarity with BI tools and survey platforms is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
