Territory Account Manager

We're seeking a skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team at Approach People Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Bavaria region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including wholesalers and panel builders
  • Manage customer portfolios to ensure effective marketing communications
  • Collaborate with channel partners to deliver joint customer visits and product training
  • Utilize CRM to record activities, sales funnels, and customer platforms
  • Identify and share improvement opportunities with the Sales Manager
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Ability to work from a home office
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Resilience, proactivity, and a true hunting spirit
