Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to provide support and assistance to children in their daily lives
- Develop and implement support plans in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
- Foster relationships and networks
- Coordinate work with families and parents

- Manage scheduling of shifts
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in a state-recognized social pedagogy or social work program, or a relevant university education in childhood education or special education
- Be willing to engage in intensive relationship-building
- Be able to integrate diverse needs and requirements of children
- Be able to coordinate work within a team
- Be enthusiastic about developing and implementing new concepts
- Be committed, reliable, and responsible in shaping the living environment of children and young people
