Are you passionate about sales and the healthcare industry? Do you have a strong understanding of customers and a will to succeed? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Sales Representative to join our team at Procter & Gamble.

About the Role:

As a Regional Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing P&G's professional Oral Care segment, with brands such as Oral-B and Blend-a-Dent. Your goal will be to promote our products to customers and drive sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the Oral Care business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dental professionals and retailers
  • Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
Requirements:
  • University business degree with strong results (Bachelor/Masters)
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for sales and the healthcare industry
  • Experience in the dental or pharmaceutical field and/or technical training
  • Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent understanding of customers, perseverance, and persuasiveness
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Valid driver's license
