Deine AufgabenAls Banking Specialist bei Avaloq Innovation Ltd. bist du für die Überwachung, Planung und Ausführung der täglichen Tätigkeiten im Bereich Erträgnisse und Fälligkeiten verantwortlich. Du wirst die folgenden Aufgaben übernehmen:
- Aufsetzen und Überwachen von Events inklusive etwaiger Weisungsfristen
- Erstellung von Kundenanschreiben für Fälligkeiten und Hauptversammlungen
- Weisungserteilung bei den Lagerstellen/Anmeldestellen
- Buchung von Erträgen und Fälligkeiten unter Berücksichtigung der Abgeltungs- und ausländischer Quellensteuern
- Klärung von Differenzen (Geld und Wertpapiere)
- Anfragen von/an Lagerstellen und Banken
- Unterstützung des Teams bei der Verbesserung der Funktionalitäten des Avaloq Kernbankensystems und der damit verbundenen operativen Prozesse, um die Effizienz zu steigern und die operativen Risiken zu verringern
- Unterstützung des Teams bei Projekten und Testen neuer Funktionalitäten regelmäßiger Releaseupgrades
Wir suchen nach einem Banking Specialist, der folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Volle Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
- Gute Teamfähigkeit und positive Einstellung
- Fähigkeit, sich selbstständig in einem sehr anspruchsvollen, schnelllebigen und komplexen Umfeld zu bewegen
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Wir bieten Extrapunkte für:
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Backoffice einer Bank
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Erträgnisse und / oder Kapitalmaßnahmen
- Kenntnisse des Avaloq Core Banking Systems
- Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen
- Visual Basic Erfahrungen (Makroerstellung)
