About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Banking Support Specialist to join our team at 0010 Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft. As a key member of our Cash Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our corporate clients in the UK, NORDICS, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support to clients, taking ownership of their requests and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist clients with the installation, training, and troubleshooting of Cash Management products and electronic services.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve technical client queries and maintain accurate records of communications.
  • Undertake secondary responsibilities, such as participating in working groups and acting as a Knowledge Owner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in banking or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate cash management products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese a plus.
